Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Information Technology or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support via email, chat, phone, or in person.
• Diagnose and resolve Windows and macOS hardware, software, and network issues.
• Administer Microsoft 365 and Entra ID accounts and MFA.
• Manage IT assets inventory and lifecycle.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain internal knowledge base and enable self-service.
