Job summary

Atlas Technica is seeking a Systems Engineer to join our growing Support team in Singapore. This hands-on role focuses on remote IT support, troubleshooting, systems administration, and escalation across client environments.

You will work with Systems Engineers and Client Technology Managers to resolve requests and maintain secure, high-quality environments. The successful candidate will combine strong technical troubleshooting with clear communication, ownership, and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in desktop support, systems engineering, or related technical environment.
• Strong end-user and desktop support experience across Windows, Office, desktops, laptops, mobile devices.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Intune, and Entra ID.
• Working knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and related administration technologies.
• Experience with endpoint protection or threat-management solutions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote IT support to users across client environments.
• Manage and resolve support requests via the ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot Windows, Office, devices, and related technologies.
• Support Microsoft 365 environments (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Intune, Teams, Entra ID).
• Assist with systems administration across Windows Server, AD, Group Policy, identity, and endpoint-management technologies.
• Escalate complex issues and collaborate with senior staff to resolve.
• Maintain accurate ticket notes and documentation.
• Follow security standards and change-control procedures.
• Communicate status and resolution to users and stakeholders.
• Participate in advanced support and infrastructure projects.
