Job summary

Unit4 Singapore invites a Senior Analyst Programmer to own the technical development, security, and maintenance of our core HRMS. You will lead analysis across Time Management, Payroll, Leave Management, and related HR modules within an agile team.

The role requires 5+ years in software development and strong C#, VB.Net, T-SQL, and DevExpress expertise, plus deep knowledge of regional payroll regulations across Asia. Fluent English is essential and remote-friendly work arrangements are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in software development and systems analysis.
• Advanced technical proficiency in C#, VB.Net, .Net Framework, T-SQL, and DevExpress reporting tools, DevOps and API.
• Comprehensive knowledge of regional payroll systems and regulations across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, China, Vietnam, Macau, Taiwan, and Hong Kong.
• Demonstrated expertise in Payroll Processing, Time & Attendance, Leave Management, Claims Processing best practices.
• Thorough understanding of HRMS legislation, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities with expertise in debugging and system optimization.
• Professional experience with agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Test-Driven Development.
• Fluency in English language, both written and verbal.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and collaborative design decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Own the development, security, and maintenance of the HRMS.
• Analyze systems across HR modules: Time Management (TMS), Payroll Management (PMS), Leave Management (LMS).
• Develop software functions in line with architectural standards and design principles; ensure compliance and integrity.
• Develop and execute unit tests and implement code for user stories following test-driven development.
• Operate within an agile framework using Scrum; participate in daily stand-ups, development, and test-case reviews.
• Conduct rigorous root cause analysis of system defects to deliver sustainable fixes.
