Job summary

UNIT4 NV in Singapore seeks a Senior Analyst Programmer to own the development, security, and maintenance of our core HRMS platform. You will analyze complex HR systems including Time Management, Payroll, and Leave modules while supporting additional HR functionality.

With 5+ years in software development and systems analysis, you’ll apply C#, VB.Net and T-SQL expertise in an agile Scrum setting. Fluency in English and knowledge of regional payroll regulations across APAC are essential.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
  • 5+ years of software development and systems analysis experience.
  • Strong C#, VB.Net, .NET Framework and T-SQL skills.
  • Experience with HRMS, Time Management, Payroll, Leave modules.
  • Knowledge of regional payroll regulations across APAC.
  • Fluency in English; Scrum and Test-Driven Development experience.

Responsibilities

  • Own development, security, and maintenance of the HRMS.
  • Analyze systems across HR modules: TMS, PMS, LMS.
  • Develop tests and implement code for user stories (TDD).
  • Work in an Agile/Scrum environment and participate in sprints.
  • Perform root cause analysis to deliver sustainable fixes.

Job Description
Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly accountable and proactive Senior Analyst Programmer to own the technical development, security, and maintenance of our core Human Resources Management System (HRMS).

As the Senior Analyst Programmer, you will be accountable for conducting comprehensive system analysis and development across multiple HR systems-Time Management (TMS), Payroll Management (PMS), Leave Management (LMS), and additional HR modules. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Developing software functions in strict adherence to organizational architectural standards and design principles, ensuring compliance and structural integrity;
  • Developing and executing unit tests and implementing code for user stories in accordance with test-driven development methodology;
  • Operating within an agile framework utilizing Scrum methodology, including active participation in daily sprint meetings, development and implementation, and test case review;
  • Conducting rigorous root cause analysis of system defects to deliver comprehensive and sustainable solutions for all identified issues.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in software development and systems analysis
  • Advanced technical proficiency in C#, VB.Net, .Net Framework, T-SQL, and DevExpress reporting tools, DevOps and API
  • Comprehensive knowledge of regional payroll systems and regulations across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, China, Vietnam, Macau, Taiwan, and Hong Kong
  • Demonstrated expertise in Payroll Processing, Time & Attendance, Leave Management, Claims Processingbest practices
  • Thorough understanding of HRMS legislation, regulations, and industry best practices
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities with expertise in debugging and system optimization
  • Professional experience with agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Test-Driven Development
  • Fluency in English language, both written and verbal
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and collaborative design decision-making
