Job summary

Base Camp Digital PTE Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced SAP HCM Lead to drive the Hire-to-Retire workstream for a large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementation. You will own end-to-end SAP HCM and Payroll, including design, configuration, testing, integration, data migration, cutover and post-go-live support.

The role requires at least 10 years in SAP HCM with leadership experience and strong Singapore payroll knowledge.

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years SAP HCM experience, with at least 5 years in an SAP HCM / Payroll Lead capacity.
Proven experience delivering at least two full-lifecycle SAP HCM implementations.
Strong hands-on experience with Singapore payroll and end-to-end payroll go-live.
Strong knowledge across PA, OM, Time Management, Payroll and ESS/MSS.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA HCM or SAP HCM on-premise environments.
Strong understanding of Singapore statutory payroll requirements, including CPF, IRAS, statutory leave, off-cycle and retroactive payroll processing.
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors integration, particularly Recruiting, Onboarding and/or Employee Central.
Experience with HR master data migration and reconciliation.
Strong understanding of HR security, authorisations and confidential employee-data handling.
Experience working on large-scale or complex SAP transformation programmes.
Experience in government, regulated or highly secure environments would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end SAP HCM / Hire-to-Retire delivery covering PA, OM, Time Management, Payroll and ESS/MSS.
Lead Fit-to-Standard workshops and translate business requirements into SAP HCM solutions.
Lead design and implementation of Singapore payroll, including CPF, IRAS/IR8A, SDL, statutory leave.
Design and manage integrations with SAP SuccessFactors, Recruiting, Onboarding and Employee Central.
Manage integration with time-and-attendance, identity management and Finance/GL systems.
Own the HR master data model, including migration mapping, data validation and reconciliation.
Define HR roles and authorisations, ensuring access controls for confidential employee information.
Lead SIT, UAT and parallel payroll testing, including reconciliation and issue resolution.
Lead HR/Payroll cutover, go-live and hypercare, including post-go-live payroll stabilisation.
