Job summary

Babelon Investment Holdings Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced HR Payroll & Administration Executive to manage end-to-end payroll processing and core HR duties, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. You will maintain HR records, support onboarding and offboarding, generate reports, and assist in policy implementation, while coordinating with vendors and supporting events.

The ideal candidate has 4–5 years of hands-on payroll and HR admin experience, proficiency with Unit4 Prosoft

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of hands‑on payroll and HR admin experience.
• Strong knowledge of payroll systems, tax regulations, and labor laws.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficient in HRIS (Unit4 Prosoft) and Microsoft Office (Excel).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Payroll management: process monthly payroll accurately and on time, including salaries, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
• HR administration: maintain/update employee records, contracts, onboard/offboard processes, and HR databases.
• Compliance & reporting: ensure adherence to regulations and generate HR/payroll reports for management.
• General HR administration: support HR team, coordinate with external vendors, assist events and training.
