Job summary

UNIT4 Asia Pacific Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Analyst Programmer to own the technical development, security and maintenance of our HRMS suite, including Time Management, Payroll, and Leave modules. You will conduct system analysis, develop under architectural standards, and drive quality with unit tests in an Agile Scrum setup.

You should bring at least 5 years of software development and systems analysis experience, strong skills in C#, VB.Net, .Net Framework and T-SQL, plus DevExpress

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in software development and systems analysis.
• Proficient in C#, VB.Net, .Net Framework, T-SQL and DevExpress reporting tools; experience with DevOps and APIs.
• Strong knowledge of regional payroll systems and regulations across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, China, Vietnam, Macau, Taiwan, and Hong Kong.
• Experience in Payroll Processing, Time & Attendance, Leave Management, and Claims Processing best practices.
• Understanding HRMS legislation, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; adept at debugging and system optimization.
• Experience with agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Test-Driven Development.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Commitment to continuous improvement and collaborative design decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical development, security, and maintenance of core HRMS.
• Analyze and develop across HR systems: Time Management, Payroll, Leave, and other HR modules.
• Develop software functions following architectural standards and design principles.
• Create and execute unit tests; implement code for user stories using test-driven development.
• Work within an Agile Scrum framework and participate in sprint activities.
• Perform root cause analyses of defects to deliver sustainable fixes.
