Job summary

Azure Consulting Service Private Limited in Singapore seeks an HR Operations professional to manage the full employee lifecycle, payroll processing, compliance, and reporting.

You will handle onboarding, attendance, leave, payroll calculations, regulatory filings, and HR analytics using Microsoft 365 tools, SharePoint, Excel, and Power Automate, ensuring accurate records and timely reporting.

Collaborate with finance and management to maintain compliance and drive HR process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and offboarding
• Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
• Handle staff attendance, leave management, and timesheet tracking
• Support recruitment activities including job postings, interview coordination, and documentation
• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
• Calculate and verify overtime, allowances, deductions, and statutory contributions
• Manage employee claims, reimbursements, and advances
• Ensure proper documentation and approval processes for all payroll-related items
• Liaise with finance team for payroll reconciliation and reporting
• Ensure compliance with local labour laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements
• Maintain proper documentation for audits and internal controls
• Prepare and submit statutory filings where required
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
• Use Microsoft Excel & third party software for payroll processing, data tracking, and reporting
• Maintain HR records and documentation in SharePoint or relevant document management systems
• Prepare HR reports and dashboards using Microsoft Office tools
• Support process improvements and automation using Microsoft 365 (e.g., Excel, Power Automate, SharePoint)
