Job summary

Stafflink Services Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced Payroll and HR Administrator to join our team near Kaki Bukit MRT. This role requires 4 to 5 years hands-on experience in payroll and HR administration, with Unit4 Prosoft proficiency and strong Excel skills.

You will handle monthly payroll, tax compliance, CPF/IRAS, onboarding and offboarding, leave tracking, and HR documentation while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.

Qualifications

• 4 to 5 years hands-on experience in payroll and HR administration.
• Deep knowledge of local payroll systems, tax regulations and Singapore Employment Act.
• Proficient in Unit4 Prosoft and Excel with strong accuracy.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll accurately including salaries, overtime, bonuses and deductions.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations and statutory requirements (CPF, IRAS).
• Handle payroll reconciliations, reporting and audits.
• Manage employee claims, benefits administration and statutory contributions.
• Coordinate onboarding, offboarding and leave management; maintain HR records.
