Job summary

Twilio is seeking a Presales Architect to drive technical wins for enterprise engagements from a remote-first setup. You will bridge business problems with Twilio's API platform, lead technical discovery, and craft architectures that demonstrate clear customer value.

Collaborating with sales, product, and engineering, you’ll deliver POCs, address security and integration concerns, and help shape the roadmap by feeding field feedback. 50% travel expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in presales, sales engineering, or solutions architecture in CCaaS/CPaaS/enterprise SaaS.
• Proficient in at least one language (Node.js, Python, Java, or C#) and RESTful API integration.
• Strong ability to communicate complex cloud architecture to tech and non-tech stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions with enterprise sales and translate business requirements into Twilio solutions.
• Design scalable, secure, and resilient communication workflows using Twilio APIs tailored to client use cases.
• Develop and deliver demonstrations and proofs-of-concept that show the business value of Twilio platform.
• Mitigate technical risks and provide guidance on security, compliance, and integration patterns.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to relay market feedback and influence the roadmap.
