Job summary

Twilio is hiring a Presales Architect to drive technical wins for enterprise engagements using our API platform. You’ll bridge complex business problems with scalable communication solutions, leading technical discovery with the sales team.

In this remote Singapore-based role, you will design architectures, deliver proofs-of-concept, and address security and integration concerns. Expect ~50% travel to meet customers and align on outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in presales, sales engineering, or solutions architecture in CCaaS/CPaaS or enterprise SaaS.
• Proficient in at least one mainstream language (Node.js, Python, Java, or C#) and RESTful APIs.
• Strong presentation and communication skills; able to explain cloud architecture to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Software Eng or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Curious and comfortable working in ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions with enterprise sales to translate business requirements into Twilio solutions.
• Design scalable, secure, and resilient communications workflows using Twilio APIs.
• Develop and deliver proofs-of-concept and custom prototypes to show business value.
• Provide guidance on security, integration patterns, and architectural best practices.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to relay market feedback and roadmap needs.
