Twilio Inc. is seeking a Solutions Engineer for the APJ region. This remote-first role involves designing intelligent customer engagement solutions and presenting modern conversations powered by Twilio’s platform.

You will lead discovery sessions, translate requirements into scalable architectures, and demonstrate solutions to executives and frontline staff, while collaborating with sales to close deals.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead client discovery sessions and translate requirements into architecture.
• Experience presenting to C-level executives and frontline staff.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead client discovery sessions to identify business challenges, goals and value drivers.
• Translate complex requirements into future-state architecture and implementation roadmaps.
• Deliver customized software demos, presentations, and POCs for diverse audiences.
• Address technical objections, respond to RFPs/RFIs, and work with Account Executives to accelerate closures.
