Job summary

ITCAN PTE. LIMITED is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to be the first point of contact for end users requiring IT assistance, providing timely desktop support and resolving hardware/software issues.

The role covers onsite and remote support across multiple locations, participates in rotational shift coverage, and ensures compliance with SLAs and IT security standards. Strong communication skills, a Diploma or equivalent, and 1 year in desktop support are preferred to deliver high-quality user

Qualifications

• ITE or Diploma in IT/Computer Engineering required.
• At least 1 year in desktop support or helpdesk.
• Experience with Windows 10/11 and Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote desktop support to end users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents within SLA timelines.
• Perform asset inventory verification and management.
• Update incident records and maintain technical documentation.
• Participate in standby shifts and extended coverage when required.
