Job summary

Four Leaves Digital in Singapore is seeking a Meta Ads Specialist to own tracking, performance, and strategic direction across hospitality clients’ Meta Ads accounts. You’ll manage end-to-end campaigns, ensure accurate conversion tracking, and mentor junior team members.

You will collaborate with the team lead on output quality, participate in client conversations when needed, and stay ahead of Meta Ads trends to continuously improve results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Meta Ads or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with Pixel, CAPI and GTM.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and spot trends.
• Excellent time management and multi-account handling.
• Proactive, detail-oriented with remote teamwork experience.

Responsibilities

• Set up, manage, and optimise Meta Ads end-to-end to meet client objectives.
• Lead competitor research, audience targeting, placements, and creative-format planning.
• Analyse campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations to the team and clients.
• Own conversion tracking setup and troubleshooting (Meta Pixel, CAPI, GTM).
• Collaborate with team lead and creative team on best formats and creatives.
• Prepare detailed performance reports and join client meetings as needed.
• Stay ahead of Meta Ads trends and platform best practices.
• Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and client satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and coordinate with team members to resolve them.
• Mentor junior Meta Ads executives and oversee workload distribution.
