LE FONG BUILDING SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and scale Meta and Google Ads campaigns for ecommerce initiatives in Singapore.

You will drive testing, optimization, and ROAS growth while collaborating with product and services teams on compelling ad content. The role requires proven experience in paid advertising, strong data analysis, and a hands-on approach to scaling campaigns in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Meta & Google Ads campaigns across ecommerce brands.
• Strong ability to analyze ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC and conversions.
• Proven creative testing mindset and ability to iterate quickly.
• Familiarity with Shopify and Google Analytics is a plus.
• Self-driven, performance-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Plan, launch, and optimise Meta Ads & Google Ads campaigns

• Scale profitable campaigns and improve ROAS

• Monitor daily ad performance and budgets

• Perform audience testing, creative testing, and funnel optimisation

• Analyse campaign data and generate actionable insights

• Work closely with product and services team on ad angles and content

• Improve conversion rates and customer acquisition cost

• Retarget website visitors and leads effectively

Requirements

• Proven experience managing Meta & Google Ads

• Strong understanding of e-commerce performance marketing

• Able to analyse ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, and conversion metrics

• Experience with Shopify and Google Analytics is a bonus

• Creative mindset with strong testing ability

• Self-driven and performance-oriented

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
