Job summary

Ethos is partnering with a leading AI lab to recruit letting agents who will train their language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. This fully remote role offers flexible hours (5–20 per week) at $70/hour, with start date ASAP.

We seek candidates with 4+ years in real estate transactions, hospitality operations, or event production, skilled in crafting property listings, lease abstracts, and venue sourcing proposals—along with strong writing and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Direct experience producing property listing packages, lease abstract summaries, or venue sourcing proposals for a real estate, hospitality, or events organization
• Hands-on command of event run-of-show scheduling, banquet event orders, and the guest experience service standards that define premium hospitality
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows
• Develop property listing packages, lease abstracts, and venue sourcing proposals for real estate or events teams
• Ensure high-quality written communication and meticulous attention to detail throughout all deliverables
