Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced event coordinators to support training of a language model on professional documents and events tasks. Remote, flexible schedule with 5-20 hours weekly, compensation $70/hour.

Candidates should have 4+ years in real estate transactions, hospitality operations, or event production, and be adept at producing property listings, lease abstracts, and venue sourcing proposals with high-quality documents and slides.

Qualifications

• Direct experience producing property listing packages, lease abstracts, or venue sourcing proposals for a real estate, hospitality, or events organization
• Hands-on command of event run-of-show scheduling, banquet event orders, and the guest experience service standards that define premium hospitality
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows (property listings, lease abstracts, venue proposals)
• Collaborate with real estate, hospitality, and events teams to ensure quality deliverables
• Maintain high standards for guest experience and premium hospitality documentation
