Job summary
MARS CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to work directly with HR teams to implement and optimise our HRIS platform in live customer environments.
You will bridge product engineering and client operations, turning complex HR workflows into reliable, well-configured deployments. You will deploy, configure, and troubleshoot for enterprise clients, partner with customer HR and People Ops teams to map workflows end to end, and help shape the product roadmap by feeding field
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in forward deployed, solutions, or implementation engineering.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across APIs, data integrations, and configuration layers.
- Exposure to AI-assisted tooling or AI features in HR products is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot the HRIS platform for enterprise clients.
- Partner with customer HR and People Ops teams to map workflows and implement them end to end.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues in production deployments and escalate defects with clear steps and impact.
- Build reusable configuration patterns and deployment playbooks to shorten implementation timelines.
- Provide field insights to product and engineering to influence roadmap priorities.
