Oneness M&C Pte Ltd is seeking a pragmatic SaaS Implementation Specialist to engage with customers, understand their HR processes, and lead them through HR SaaS deployments. You will gather requirements, recommend modules, configure the system, and coordinate testing and training to ensure successful go-live.

The role requires 1–3 years in SaaS implementation or HRIS, strong communication, and solid project coordination skills. Prior HR/payroll system experience is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma/Degree in Business, HR, Information Technology or related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in SaaS Implementation, HRIS, Implementation Consulting, Business Analysis or Customer Solutions.
• Strong requirement-gathering and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable communicating with customers and understanding their business processes.
• Able to explain software functions and workflows clearly to non-technical users.
• Good project coordination and time management skills.
• Experience with HR, payroll or HR management systems will be an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Engage with customers to understand their HR processes, business requirements and system needs.
• Gather and analyse customer requirements and translate them into suitable HR SaaS solutions.
• Recommend relevant modules and system functions based on customers' requirements and workflows.
• Lead customers through the implementation process, including system setup, configuration and testing.
• Work closely with customers to ensure the system is configured according to their business requirements.
• Conduct system demonstrations, user training and onboarding sessions.
• Support customers during UAT, go-live and post-implementation activities.
• Troubleshoot implementation-related issues and coordinate with the Product/Technical team when required.
• Manage multiple implementation projects and ensure timely completion.
• Prepare implementation documentation, user guides and training materials.
