• 4+ years in Enterprise Implementation, Customer Onboarding, or Technical PM
• Experience with multi-country onboarding and globalHR/ payroll
• Strong client-facing and executive communication skills
• Ability to translate regulatory/operational requirements into actionable steps
• Proven track record in delivering complex programs on time

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end, multi-country onboarding programs for enterprise clients.
• Serve as the primary operational partner for enterprise stakeholders.
• Coordinate with HR Ops, Customer Success, and Sales to align resources.
