Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced heads of sustainability to help train their latest language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. This role is fully remote, offers flexible 5–20 hours per week, and pays $90/hour, with ASAP start.

You will craft and refine AI-generated materials across regulatory submissions, impact reports, and biodiversity summaries. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in ecological research, environmental consulting, or applied biology, and possess superb

Qualifications

• 4+ years conducting environmental impact assessments, ecological surveys, or regulatory compliance monitoring in a consulting, government, or academic setting
• Direct experience interpreting field and lab data such as species counts, water and soil chemistry, or emissions readings and translating it into technical reports for regulators or clients
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail
