Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced environmental impact assessors to train advanced AI models on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. This role focuses on creating, evaluating, and refining outputs across core workflows with a strong emphasis on accurate data interpretation and regulatory reporting.

The position offers flexible hours (5-20 per week) with fully remote work, allowing you to schedule tasks around your commitments.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in environmental impact assessments, ecological surveys, or regulatory compliance monitoring in consulting, government, or academic settings.
• Direct experience interpreting field and lab data and translating it into technical reports for regulators or clients.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated environmental documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows (EIA reports, habitat surveys, water/soil quality data sheets, regulatory submissions).
• Ensure accuracy and regulatory alignment of outputs while maintaining high-quality technical writing.
