Job summary

Ethos is seeking environmental scientists to help train an AI model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. Candidates should have 4+ years in ecological research, environmental consulting, or applied biology, and be able to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated outputs across core workflows such as environmental impact assessment reports and biodiversity summaries.

Qualifications

• 4+ years conducting environmental impact assessments, ecological surveys, or regulatory compliance monitoring in a consulting, government, or academic setting
• Direct experience interpreting field and lab data such as species counts, water and soil chemistry, or emissions readings and translating it into technical reports for regulators or clients
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail
