Job summary

Ethos, a remote-friendly platform with backing from top AI labs, seeks an experienced head of corporate finance to help train an AI model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will lead FP&A workstreams to develop forecasts, driver-based operating models, and board-ready reports.

This is a fully remote role offering flexible 5-20 hours per week, with ASAP start and compensation of $100 per hour.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in FP&A or corporate finance building forecasts and models.
• Track record producing board-ready P&L decks and monthly flux memos.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with strong written communication.

Responsibilities

• Build rolling forecast models and driver-based operating models.
• Create variance bridges and scenario sensitivity analyses.
• Prepare board-ready P&L decks and monthly commentary memos.
• Refine AI-generated finance documents, spreadsheets, and slides.
