Job summary

Ethos is seeking heads of FP&A to help train an AI language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will build rolling forecasts, variance bridges, and driver-based operating models, delivering board-ready P&L decks and monthly memos.

We offer flexible, remote engagement of 5–20 hours per week with ASAP start. Compensation is $100 per hour, and you can work on your own schedule. Expert-level document craftsmanship and strong written communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in FP&A or corporate finance building rolling forecasts, variance bridges, and driver-based operating models.
• Proven track record of producing board-ready P&L decks and monthly flux memos for leadership.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication.
