We are seeking experienced financial controllers to help train our latest language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks, on a fully remote, flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in corporate accounting, financial operations, or audit support with close reconciliations ownership.
• Fluency in GAAP, PBC documentation standards, and spreadsheet-based control testing.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated financial documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
• Manage monthly close reconciliations and audit request schedules.
• Prepare PBC schedules, SOX walkthroughs and vendor/audit trail spreadsheets.
