Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced heads of pricing to help train an advanced language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will own pricing strategy, perform willingness-to-pay analyses, and build revenue models while crafting top-tier documents and decks for executive stakeholders.

Flexible, remote engagement with 5–20 hours per week, starting ASAP. Compensation is $90/hour, reflecting senior expertise and direct impact on AI-enabled pricing decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in pricing strategy, revenue economics, or monetization analysis with direct ownership of price elasticity models and packaging/tiering recommendations.
• Advanced fluency in willingness-to-pay analysis, discount governance, and revenue waterfall models in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Provide pricing insights and governance to inform executive decision-making.
