Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced heads of credit risk to help train their language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks, with flexible, part-time engagement.

This role is fully remote, with 5-20 hours per week, ASAP start, and $100 per hour compensation.

Candidates should have deep fluency in credit risk assessment, ownership of DCF, comps, and LBO models, and strong written communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in equity research, credit analysis, or valuation advisory.
• Direct ownership of DCF, trading comps, and LBO models.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets and slide decks.
• Support valuation workflows: DCF, comps, LBOs, risk memos, and IC memos.
