Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced FP&A professionals to help train AI language models on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. The role focuses on building forecasts, variance bridges, and driver-based operating models for a growing company.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in FP&A or corporate finance, with a proven ability to produce board-ready P&L decks and monthly flux memos. This is a remote, flexible commitment (5–20 hours/week) with compensation of $100/hour.

• 5+ years in FP&A or corporate finance building rolling forecasts, variance bridges, and driver-based operating models.
• Track record of producing board-ready P&L decks and monthly flux memo"s for leadership.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with strong written communication.

Responsibilities

• Create and refine rolling forecasts, variance analyses, and driver-based models for board-ready presentations.
• Produce monthly flux commentary memos and operating decks used by finance leadership.
• Support integration of AI-generated documents and spreadsheets into core workflows.

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced fp&a managers who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks. We're looking for fp&a managers with 5+ years in FP&A or corporate finance roles building forecasts and financial models to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: rolling forecast models, variance bridge decks, driver-based operating models, board-ready p&l decks, monthly flux commentary memos, and scenario sensitivity models.

Compensation: $100/hour

Commitment: Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired)

Location: Fully remote, work on your own schedule

Start date: ASAP
