Job summary

Ethos is seeking a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to help an AI lab train its language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. This remote role requires 5–20 hours per week with an ASAP start and compensation of $100/hour.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in FP&A or corporate finance, a track record of board-ready P&L decks, and expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with outstanding written communication and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in FP&A or corporate finance building rolling forecasts, variance bridges, and driver-based operating models.
• Track record of producing board-ready P&L decks and monthly flux memorandums.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with strong written communication.
