Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced heads of corporate development to help train an AI model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. You should have 4+ years running acquisitions, divestitures, or partnerships to create and refine executive materials for live transactions.

This fully remote role offers flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired) with expert-level PowerPoint work and precise written communication. Start ASAP and join a team building AI-driven presentation workflows.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in corporate development or in-house M&A at a significant company.
• Experience producing board and executive committee materials for live transactions.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks for core workflows.
• Prepare board approval decks, target screening presentations, and integration planning materials.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy, clarity, and professional polish.
• Train and guide the AI model on presentation standards and slide craftsmanship.
