Job summary

Gate, a leading cryptocurrency exchange, is seeking a Global Partnerships Associate to build and qualify a growing pipeline across asset listings, TradFi and Web3 products. You’ll run first-touch outreach, support live deals, and manage day-to-day partner communications in our remote-first culture.

Work closely with product, legal, risk, operations and marketing to move deals through due diligence and negotiation, track pipeline, and represent Gate at industry events.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in business development, partnerships, sales, account management, fintech, financial services, digital assets or Web3
• Native-level English communication, with working Chinese an advantage
• Genuine interest in crypto and Web3 — you follow the space and can hold a credible conversation with a project team
• Comfortable with outbound: open conversations with new contacts and nurture them
• Organised and self-directed — able to manage your own pipeline in a remote-first setup

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and qualifying partnership opportunities across asset listings, TradFi and Web3 products
• Running first-touch outreach and early-stage conversations with prospective partners
• Supporting live deals through due diligence, proposal preparation and commercial negotiation
• Managing day-to-day communication with existing partners and keeping relationships warm
• Preparing partner research, deal materials and internal updates for the team and senior management
• Coordinating with product, legal, compliance, risk, operations and marketing to move deals through execution
• Tracking pipeline, deal status and partner activity so nothing goes cold
• Representing Gate at relevant industry events and partner meetings
