Job summary

GRVT is seeking a seasoned Business Development Leader to drive global partnerships, growth, and revenue in the crypto/Web3 space. You will build and lead a BD team, structure the CRM and KPI dashboards, and design influencer programs to scale user acquisition and partnerships.

You will work with regional teams to execute GTM plans, manage relationships with exchanges, funds, and fintechs, and report ROI across initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in business development, partnerships, or sales in crypto/Web3.
• Experience at a leading crypto exchange (CEX) or tokenized investment platform preferred.
• Proven track record leading BD teams and delivering KPIs and revenue goals.
• Deep KOL network across Telegram, Twitter, Discord, and regional communities.
• Strong with metrics, forecasts, ROI modeling and goal tracking.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute GRVT's global BD strategy, from partnerships to user acquisition.
• Lead and scale the BD team with clear goals and performance metrics.
• Build the BD operating system: CRM, outreach tracking, KPI dashboards.
• Design and run regional events and influencer programs to drive growth.
