Job summary

Gate is a leading cryptocurrency exchange seeking a senior Listing Deals professional in Singapore. You will source, negotiate, and close high-potential crypto listings, guiding deals from initial talks to a clean launch with product, marketing and risk teams.

You’ll build a pipeline with founders, VCs, launchpads, and market makers to ensure Gate hears about top projects early. You’ll independently assess tokenomics, teams, traction, and risk, delivering clear recommendations.

• Track sector rotation and competitor listings, and turn what you see into a monthly view that shapes where the team spends its time

Why This Role

Every cycle, the strongest projects choose where to list early, and the exchanges that win those conversations win the users and volume that follow. Gate is expanding its listing team to compete for more of those deals across DeFi, AI, L2, meme and whatever sector breaks next. You’ll sit at the front of that effort, making the case for which projects deserve to reach more than 60 million users and closing them before anyone else does. In 12 to 24 months, you’ll have a book of landmark listings with your name on them and a network that makes you the first person founders and funds call.

What You’ll Do

What You’ll Bring

• You’ve closed listing deals at a centralised exchange and can point to specific projects you brought in and how they performed
• You bring your own network of founders, investors, launchpads and market makers you can activate from week one
• You can take apart a project’s tokenomics, unlock schedule and on‑chain activity, read where a sector is heading, and reach a defensible call on your own
• You negotiate and present with confidence in native English and fluent Mandarin, with founders in both Chinese‑speaking and global markets

Bonus

• Investment background at a VC fund, crypto fund or research desk, where you underwrote early‑stage tokens
• Deep familiarity with one or more of the DeFi, AI, L2 or meme ecosystems, including the people building in them
