Job summary

Cesna Recruitment is seeking a seasoned Finance & Administration Manager to oversee the full set of accounts, annual reporting, and tax filings for our Singapore entity. The role also handles corporate governance, filing requirements, and coordination with banks, auditors, and authorities.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in finance/accounting, strong English, and a track record of independent, multi-tasking work in a small company setting. Singapore work eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Associate Diploma or High School Diploma or above, with a background in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of working experience in finance, accounting, or integrated administrative management.
• Experience independently managing full-set accounts and administration in a small company, representative office, or entity within the manufacturing/industrial sector.

Responsibilities

• Finance & Accounting Management: close monthly and year-end, prepare annual report and tax filings, process expense reimbursements, liaise with banks, auditors and government authorities.
• Administration & Corporate Governance: manage contracts and records, handle annual filings and statutory compliance.
• Reporting & Communication: regularly report to MD and submit monthly financial statements and operational data to HQ on time.
