Ethos is seeking senior consultants to help train an AI model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will own client-ready strategy decks and executive materials, using structured problem-solving and robust financial models in Excel and PowerPoint.

This is a fully remote, flexible engagement with 5–20 hours per week, ideal for experienced strategy professionals seeking quality, impact, and schedule control.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in management consulting or internal corporate strategy with ownership of client-ready decks and exec materials.
• Fluency with structured problem-solving, operating model redesign, and sensitivity-tested financial models in Excel/PowerPoint.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with strong written communication.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for core workflows.
• Develop client-ready strategy decks, operating models, and change management playbooks.
