Qualifications

• 5+ years in corporate accounting, financial operations, or audit support.
• Deep fluency in GAAP and PBC documentation standards.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Manage monthly close reconciliations and audit request schedules.
• Prepare and review vendor and expense audit trails.
• Assist with SOX-related documentation and internal control walkthroughs.
