Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced customer and user researchers to train an AI model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. This remote role offers 5-20 hours per week with flexible scheduling and ASAP start.

Candidates should have 4+ years of conducting research across the full lifecycle, including interviews, usability testing, surveys, and synthesis into actionable outputs such as decks and journey maps. This engagement focuses on producing high‑quality, craft-level deliverables.

Qualifications

• 4+ years conducting customer or user research across the full study lifecycle from discussion guide to insight synthesis.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication and attention to detail.
• Translate raw research data into usable UX outputs such as decks, journey maps, and synthesis reports.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Lead moderated usability tests, customer interviews, and surveys to gather actionable insights.
• Produce synthesis decks, journey maps, and screener criteria translating findings into product recommendations.
