Job summary

Hupo is seeking a Deployment Strategist to turn commercial commitments and customer goals into scalable deployments. You will own the implementation journey from discovery through go-live, working with customers, Account Directors, Solutions Architects, Product and Engineering.

You’ll bring structure to complex deployments, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure a smooth transition to live product. This role is pivotal as Hupo scales its enterprise base, making deployments more predictable,

Qualifications

• Experience owning complex enterprise SaaS implementations from discovery to launch.
• Strong project and programme management across timelines, risks and scope.
• Excellent communication with senior business and technical stakeholders.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise deployments from kickoff through go-live and stabilisation.
• Translate goals and technical requirements into milestones and workstreams.
• Align customers with commercial, technical and product teams.
• Lead discovery, understand workflows and turn them into concrete plans.
• Coordinate with Solutions Architects, Product and Engineering on integrations and gaps.
• Identify risks and manage scope, resources and expectations.
• Improve deployment playbooks for faster, repeatable deployments.
• Support launch readiness, training and early post-launch monitoring.
