Job summary

Menlo Research is seeking an Enterprise Deployments Lead to drive end-to-end robotics deployments with enterprise customers in Singapore. You will own the engagement from discovery to successful deployment and post-purchase follow-on opportunities.

You will coordinate commercial qualification, customer relationships, and technical project leadership alongside engineering. The role blends business acumen with hands-on program management to scale deployments.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex, customer-facing technical projects in robotics or adjacent fields.
• Ability to navigate customer organizations and identify real buyers and decision processes.
• Comfort discussing technical tradeoffs with engineers without being a hands-on developer.
• Proven track record turning projects into funded deployments or follow-on purchases.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across customers, partners, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Qualify opportunities by understanding customer workflows, budgets, and stakeholders.
• Define scope, success metrics, budgets, timelines, and responsibilities with customers and engineering.
• Lead end-to-end deployment across Menlo engineering, partners, and customer teams.
• Set owners, milestones, blockers, and risk signals; ensure on-time delivery and sign-off.
• Demonstrate results against criteria and convert deployments into purchases and broader adoption.
• Capture field learnings to inform product and engineering for faster next deployments.
