Hupo is seeking a Head of Deployment to lead the Delivery organisation, overseeing onboarding, implementation and post-go-live delivery for enterprise SaaS customers. You will establish standards, governance, and scalable playbooks, driving fast, high-quality outcomes across multi-market deployments.

You will work closely with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to prioritise customer requirements, manage risks, and ensure customer value is realised while supporting company growth.

Competenze

• 8+ years leading enterprise software delivery or customer success teams.
• Proven track record delivering complex SaaS implementations.
• Experience building scalable onboarding and implementation playbooks.

Mansioni

• Build, lead, and develop the Delivery organisation and governance.
• Oversee enterprise implementations from kickoff to go-live with quality delivery.
• Develop scalable delivery operations, KPIs, and documentation.
• Partner with CS, Product, and Engineering to prioritise requirements and manage risks.
• Forecast capacity and allocate resources across strategic projects.
