Job summary

Hupo is seeking a Deployment Strategist to lead enterprise deployments across APAC remotely. You’ll own the implementation journey from discovery through launch, coordinating with customers, Account Directors, Solutions Architects, Product and Engineering to deliver scalable deployments.

You’ll translate goals into milestones, manage risks and dependencies, drive alignment across teams, and ensure a smooth transition from signed contract to live product with training and post-launch support.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in enterprise software implementation, solutions consulting, professional services or similar roles.
• Proven experience owning complex enterprise SaaS implementations from discovery through production launch.
• Strong project and programme management skills including timelines, risks, dependencies, scope and multiple workstreams.
• Strong customer-facing communication skills with senior business and technical stakeholders.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear functional and technical requirements for Product and Engineering.
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and driving progress without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise deployments from kickoff through configuration, testing, go-live and post-launch stabilization.
• Build the deployment plan translating goals and scope into milestones, workstreams and success criteria.
• Drive customer and stakeholder alignment as the main deployment contact.
• Lead discovery to translate business needs into functional requirements and implementation plans.
• Coordinate with Solutions Architects, Product and Engineering on integrations and gaps.
• Identify risks, push back on unrealistic timelines or scope as needed.
• Improve deployment playbooks and processes for future deployments.
• Support launch readiness, training, handover and early post-launch monitoring.
