Aerowave Technologies is seeking a senior customer-facing professional to manage a portfolio of enterprise customers using CNAPP, Cloud Security, and Agentic AI SOC solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor, drive adoption, renewals, and revenue growth in a fully remote role.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in technical customer-facing roles and 2+ years in cloud security or cloud infrastructure, with proven cross-functional collaboration and executive communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a technical, customer-facing role such as Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Solutions Architecture, or Sales Engineering
• Minimum 2 years designing, delivering, or maintaining Cloud Infrastructure or Cloud Security solutions
• Proven ability to proactively organize internal resources to achieve customer outcomes
• Strong consulting and project management skills to deliver visible business value
• Executive-level communication skills with a positive, solution-oriented attitude
• Solid understanding of Alibaba Cloud, AWS, Azure, and GCP cloud platforms

Responsabilités

• Drive account health, adoption, renewal, and revenue growth by developing clear success plans and milestones
• Translate customer challenges into measurable business outcomes by mapping features to risk reduction and MTTR improvements
• Provide hands-on technical support and solution guidance across cloud security use cases
• Deliver demos, workshops, and documentation to accelerate customer learning and adoption
• Lead regular cadence meetings (QBRs/EBRs, weekly standups) to surface risks and coordinate actions
• Onboard customer cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP, Alibaba Cloud) to CNAPP platform
• Integrate Splunk, Jira, and related SIEM/ITSM/DevOps tools for alerting and automation
• Customize security policies and automations to align with guardrails and least-privilege access
• Support Agentic AI SOC platform deployment and understanding
• Map CNAPP posture to MAS TRM, ISO 27001, SOC 2 for automated evidence
• Articulate platform resilience and align controls to HA/DR in cloud
• Triage CNAPP and threat intel alerts, validate IOCs, and drive remediation with stakeholders
• Configure RBAC, SSO/federation, and least-privilege access patterns
• Tune threat detections to MITRE ATT&CK and integrate threat feeds
