This hands-on role secures on-premises and cloud environments, delivering scalable, automated security solutions while collaborating with infrastructure, cloud, and application teams to strengthen the organization’s security posture.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of hands-on Security Engineering experience within large-scale enterprise environments.
• Minimum 5 years of experience securing cloud platforms, with strong expertise in AWS native security services and cloud security architecture.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise security solutions from design through implementation, production deployment, and operational support.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage enterprise security solutions across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Lead the deployment, integration, and optimization of security platforms to strengthen the organization’s overall security posture.
• Engineer and support cloud-native security capabilities across AWS environments, ensuring security best practices are embedded throughout the cloud lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain security automation using scripting, APIs, and orchestration tools to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve complex security, infrastructure, and integration issues across enterprise environments.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, application, and network teams to implement secure architectures and operational best practices.
• Evaluate emerging security technologies and recommend enhancements to improve security capabilities and operational maturity.
• Support security incident investigations, vulnerability remediation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

This is a hands‑on technical role responsible for securing enterprise infrastructure, cloud environments, and critical business applications while delivering scalable, resilient, and automated security solutions.

Experience

• At least 10 years of hands‑on Security Engineering experience within large‑scale enterprise environments.

• Proven experience delivering enterprise security solutions from design through implementation, production deployment, and operational support.

Technical Expertise

• Strong hands‑on experience implementing and managing enterprise security technologies, including:

• Data Loss Prevention (DLP)

• Privileged Access Management (PAM)

• Identity & Access Management (IAM)

• Solid understanding of information security principles, secure architecture, networking, TCP/IP, firewalls, and system hardening.

• Strong administration and troubleshooting skills in Unix/Linux environments.

• Proficiency in scripting and automation using Shell, Python, or similar languages.

Automation & Cloud

• Experience developing security automation and integrations using APIs, scripting, and orchestration technologies.

• Experience integrating security controls into cloud and enterprise platforms to improve scalability, consistency, and operational efficiency.
