Job summary

Ethos is seeking a Director of Customer Success to train and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for professional workflows. This fully remote role requires 4+ years leading CS or support operations and proven ability to produce trusted, executive-level materials.

Compensation is $70/hour with flexible commitment of 5–20 hours per week. Start date ASAP. You’ll work on your own schedule from anywhere and influence customer health metrics and renewal forecasting at scale.

Qualifications

• 4+ years owning customer success or support operations for a B2B SaaS or services organization.
• Ability to translate messy support and usage data into executive-ready decks and escalation runbooks.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with strong written communication.
