Job summary

Ethos is seeking an experienced data insights analyst to help train an AI language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will build dashboards, pipelines, and data-driven narratives for executive KPI dashboards and monthly performance decks, enabling clear, decision-ready insights.

The role is fully remote with flexible 5-20 hours per week and starts ASAP. Ideal candidates have 4+ years BI experience, fluent SQL, and expert-level document/spreadsheet/slides

Qualifications

• 4+ years building and maintaining BI dashboards, KPI reporting, and self-serve analytics for business stakeholders
• Fluency in SQL and at least one BI/visualization tool with a proven track record of turning raw data into clear, decision-ready business narratives
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows
• Develop dashboards and reporting pipelines to support executive KPI dashboards and monthly performance decks
• Produce data-driven narratives and self-serve reporting templates for stakeholders
