Job summary

Ethos is seeking heads of community programs to help train an AI language model by refining professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. The role focuses on grant narratives, donor reports, and program logic models, requiring proven nonprofit program management experience and exceptional written communication.

This flexible, remote opportunity offers 5–20 hours per week with a compensation of $70/hour. Start date is ASAP, enabling you to contribute from your own schedule.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in nonprofit program management, philanthropy, or community-based organizational work.
• Direct experience authoring grant proposal narratives, donor impact reports, or program logic models for funders and boards.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Collaborate with nonprofit programs to develop grant proposals, donor reports, and logic models for funders and boards.
• Support training of language models using professional documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
