Job summary

Ethos is seeking charity programme managers to help train an AI model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. The role focuses on grant narratives, donor impact reports, and program logic models across multiple workflows, with flexible remote hours.

Ideal candidates will have 4+ years in nonprofit program management and strong written communication, delivering expert-level documents and decks for funders and boards. This is a fully remote, hourly engagement with ASAP start.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in nonprofit program management, philanthropy, or community-based organizational work.
• Direct experience authoring grant proposal narratives, donor impact reports, or program logic models for funders and boards.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accuracy and clarity of grant narratives, reports, and decks.
