Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced philanthropy officers to help train an AI language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. The role is fully remote with flexible hours.

Candidates should have 4+ years in nonprofit program management, experience drafting grant proposals and donor reports, and superb written communication.

Work involves creating, evaluating, and refining AI-generated materials across core workflows for funders and boards.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in nonprofit program management, philanthropy, or community-based organizational work.
• Direct experience authoring grant proposal narratives, donor impact reports, or program logic models for funders and boards.
• Expert-level written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated grant narratives, donor reports, and program logic models.
• Develop and improve donor stewardship plans and program evaluations.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to align documents with funder expectations.
