Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced grants managers to help train AI on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks. The role involves crafting grant narratives, donor reports, and boards materials while ensuring high-quality, precise deliverables.

Work is fully remote, flexible 5–20 hours per week with ASAP start. Compensation is $70/hour, aligned with nonprofit grant management expertise and rigorous communication standards.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in nonprofit program management, philanthropy, or related work.
• Direct experience authoring grant proposal narratives, donor impact reports, or program logic models for funders and boards.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated grant-related documents, reports, and decks.
• Support core workflows: proposals, donor reports, logic models, and board briefing materials.
